Battle of the Mississippi (B/G 16s). A Level 2 team event for 16-and-unders at Two Rivers High School in Mendota Heights, just before the late-summer push toward fall regionals. Mixed doubles format on hard courts gives players a chance to build partnership chemistry and match play in a tournament setting that rewards court sense and serve-and-volley over pure baseline power. $187 entry.
