Glendale Park in Salt Lake City just opened its first phase on the site of the former Raging Waters park, and it's built with serious community input. While it's currently known more for pickleball, the park itself is worth knowing about: brand new facilities, shaded canopies, great walkways for warming up, and a genuinely thoughtful design that just earned Utah's first Gold certification for sustainable landscapes.
