Beat the Heat at 7,000 ft. Eight boys and girls singles draws at Northern Arizona University's tennis center, where the elevation and cooler August temperatures give juniors a chance to compete hard without the typical desert heat wearing them down. Level 6 competition across age groups, $65 per event, right before the fall season kicks into gear.
