PCTS Weekly Matchplay Series runs Thursday and Friday evenings at Portola Competitive Tennis Series in Irvine, with matches squeezed into a tight 3–6pm window depending on how many sign up. You'll play one or two sets to 6 games, no-ad scoring, grouped by UTR so the tennis stays competitive without feeling out of reach. $35 gets you in the door, and the director Alyan Ashraf is easy to reach if you need to sort out timing or jump in late.
