From early April through June, San Francisco Tennis Flex Leagues runs doubles match play across three divisions, so you and a partner can find matches at your combined level. You'll play multiple times over the 10-week stretch on the league's hard courts, with flexible scheduling that fits around work and life. Division A takes combined UTR 8+, Division B sits at 5-8, and Division C is 4.9 and below. $70 per division.
