San Francisco Tennis Flex Leagues runs doubles match play from late August through early November on a flexible schedule that fits around your week. Three divisions split the 1.0-16.0 range so you're paired against partners at your level: Division A for combined UTR 8+, Division B for 5-8, Division C for 4.9 and below. You bring a partner, show up when you can, and rack up matches. $70 per division.
