WARMUP COURTS: Available at no cost the day of competition 30 minutes prior to the start of matches.

ENTRIES: Entries are open up to 12pm the day of match play and match times are usually published by 1pm. This is an ongoing matchplay series that allows players to register either for individual events or for all scheduled matchplay events. As a result, you may see a large number of participants listed for upcoming events. Please note that these numbers are subject to change. 48 hours before each event, we will withdraw any players who have not confirmed their participation so that the participant list more accurately reflects the expected field and players registering individually have a clearer understanding of attendance.

WITHDRAWALS/REFUNDS: Full Refund if withdrawn by 12pm the day of start of the matchlay tournament only by using the UTR Self Withdrawal tool with auto refund. After the withdrawal and refund deadline no refunds or withdrawals will be processed even if the draw has not yet been posted.

MATCH TIMES: The time for your first match will be posted by 1pm on the day of the match.

MATCH FORMAT: 2 out of 3 short sets to 4 games with 3-3 tiebreak in each set, and a 7 point match tiebreak if split sets, When only one match can be scheduled due to matching UTRs the format will be 2 out of 3 regular sets to 6 games with a match tiebreak to 10 points if split sets.

NUMBER OF MATCHES: Each player will be scheduled to play 2 short set matches. In cases when we can only schedule you for one match the format will be regular sets to six games.

BAD WEATHER: Only one match is guaranteed in the case of bad weather and Matchplay may be extended to the following day so all players complete one match.

DRAWS: Tournament Director will matchup players based on the entrants UTR. We do our best for each player to play one match against a higher UTR and one match against a lower UTR.

COACHING: Coaching is allowed during changeovers from the fence.

SURFACE: Clay.

Site may be moved to an alternate site and surface changed to hard in case of inclement weather or if rain has caused courts to not be ready for play.

ITF rules will be in effect due to the large number of international players that play our events.
