Broward County runs doubles flex leagues on hard courts from late August through early November, with four divisions spanning 1.0 to 16.0 UTR. You can register solo and get paired with a partner, or sign up as a team in the men's or women's division. Matches fit around your schedule across the 10-week stretch. $33–$66 per division depending on your level.
