Six days of competitive tennis on outdoor hard courts in Chicago, the UTR Pro Tennis Tour Women's event runs a 16-player draw with round-robin groups followed by playoff rounds. You'll need a minimum UTR of 8.5 and must be outside the top 200 PTT ranking to compete. $55 entry.
