From August 19 through late September, Louisville Tennis Flex Leagues runs singles match play across five divisions, juniors under 18, adults, and challenge-only brackets, on a schedule you control. Players from 1.0 to 16.0 sign up in their division and book matches when it works for them, then compete in a points race that tracks wins throughout the month. $32.99 per division gets you into the pool; no fixed court times, just matches that fit your calendar and raise your rating.
