$13.33 UTR Fee - for non-Power subscribers
REGISTRATION CLOSES: TUESDAY, JULY 14th at 8:00 pm or when event is full.
TOURNAMENT FEES & PAYMENT:
The listed prices are per player. The $26 price is for active Life Time tennis members only. The $36 price is for Digital, Inactive, and Hold/Flex level Life Time members, as well as non-members.
WITHDRAWAL FROM EVENT:
Players can email MARY CORNELL (mcornell@lt.life) to withdraw from an event.
CANCELATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE START OF THE EVENT AND/OR NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND
ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTIONS:
Eligibility for a specific event is determined by a player's UTR. The player MUST HAVE A UTR WITHIN THE RANGE OF THE EVENT. Players must have yellow ball playing experience at the time of the event.
Ratings will be verified, and players not in range will be contacted. Life Time has the right to place players with projected (P) ratings in the appropriate level even though their rating may be above or below the event level.
Late entries may be accepted after the online registration window has closed. Email MARY CORNELL - Life Time League Manager (mcornell@lt.life) with inquires.
DRAWS & START TIME
Draws will NOT be posted online. All matches will start at the DESIGNATED START TIME. Players should arrive and check-in at the Tournament Desk no later than twenty (20) minutes before the start time. Players not arriving on time may receive a lateness game penalty.
REGISTERING & ROSTER SIZES:
Registration for all Life Time UTR events is done online on the www.myUTR.com website. Phone, email, and in-person registration will not be accepted. Life Time UTR events are capped, and the actual roster size varies by location. Once full, additional players will be wait-listed and rostered, if/and when a spot opens, in the order in which they registered. If there is sizable interest, a second site location may be made available. The online roster size displayed is not necessarily correct. Players will be contacted if they are wait-listed.
MATCH & SCORING FORMAT:
One best of three sets, 10-point Tie Break in lieu of a full 3rd set. Regular scoring.
Players will receive verified Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) credit for all matches played. Life Time UTR events do NOT receive USTA Sectional or National ranking points. No trophies or tournament gifts will be given out.
LIFE TIME RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE PLAYERS FROM EVENTS DUE TO UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT AND/OR A HISTORY OF NOT SHOWING UP TO EVENTS.
Life Time reserves the right to change/modify these rules.
