Sunday morning doubles at Rowan College's outdoor hard courts in Mantua Township, 16 players split into four round-robin groups, so you're guaranteed three sets of match play before brackets form. Registration starts at 9am, play at 10am, and it's free. You'll find partners at every level from 1.0 to 16.0, which means some matchups will be competitive and some will feel loose, but you're getting real match reps either way.
