BEFORE REGISTERING

All communication is done via email. You must have a valid email associated with your account. Once Registration is closed, all players will receive an email regarding match times no later than 24 hours in advance. Please email the point of contact listed to the right if you do not receive this email. Assume you are playing unless you are waitlisted, or notified from an Empire Tennis Academy staff member. If you are Waitlisted, you are welcome to come, but it is not necessary. Your status is posted here under the Players tab.

Welcome to our newest outdoor match play program for both juniors and adults designed to reward Intermediate players and above for winning BOTH their matches with *FREE* tennis! PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BELOW BY PRESSING 'READ MORE' BELOW.

Please make sure your UTR is in the above range when registering. A maximum of 8 players will be allowed to play. Spaces for these events will go to those who register first.

PLEASE NOTE

If the event is full, we encourage you to register, as sometimes players withdraw from the event. Refunds will be given to excess students, and they should see a refund in their account within 24 - 48 hours after the event.

Because this event is outdoors and contingent upon cooperative weather, we ask all players who sign up to check their emails before leaving their houses in case the courts are not suitable to play. In the event that we need to cancel due to weather, refunds will be issued to those who registered and a credit will show up in your account within 24 - 48 hours.

By registering for this event, you understand and acknowledge the risk of injury is inherent in any program involving physical activity. You hereby waive and release any rights and claims for damages against The Harley School, Empire Tennis LLC, Director of Tennis, or any of the professionals, for any and all injuries sustained by the player. You also hereby give your consent to medical emergency or otherwise, inclusive if necessary transportation in order to receive such treatment in the event of injury or any other illness.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Players may withdraw from events and receive a refund if email notification is received before event registration closes. Once registration is closed, no refunds will be issued.

SPECTATORS

There are designated areas where spectators can watch from and are welcome to support and cheer on their players. However, they are not allowed to interfere with matches during the match at any time, whether it may be scorekeeping, line-calls, coaching, etcetera. Spectators that cannot adhere to these rules will be asked to leave and return when the matches are over.
