Tennis Central UTR Range Event Series – 2–4 UTR

DC’s premier tennis provider, Tennis Central, is excited to introduce a UTR Range Event Series built for competitive players seeking strong matchups, multiple matches, and efficient organization.

These events are junior and co-ed, meaning players of any gender up to 18 years old can register, as long as they meet the UTR requirements (2-4 UTR). All players will compete in the same draw, regardless of age or gender.

DRAW & MATCH FORMAT

The player limit is set at 12. If 12 players register, the format will be as follows:

- Players will be spread into 4 round-robin groups of 3 players each. For example, players ranked 1, 2, 3, and 4 by UTR will be placed in different groups, as will players ranked 5–8 and 9–12.

- In the round-robin, each player will play against the other two players in their group.

- Group winners will advance to the playoffs, which will be played in a 4-player draw (semifinals and finals)

- Each player is guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches and can play up to 4 matches.

If the draw does not reach 12 players, the format will be adjusted based on the amount of players registered to maximize playing opportunities for everyone.

Match Format):

- One set to 6 games

- No-ad scoring

- 7-point tiebreak at 6–6

UTR-Verified Event.

Select practice courts may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
